hmmm this is an intresting piece, somewhat trendy but well done no doubt, i like the 2d used in this to compliment the 3d it's not too overdone and that is good, i hate it when i see a render ruined by a massive amount of 2d... the overall look is decent, but i must admit im not 100% sure this was the best angle to have chosen, but then again i can only imagine that there might be a better one to choose from. I would have preferred to see more color in this, perhaps a different color in the background, something to create more of a contrast... however i do like the piece, the models a very well done as is the 2d, all around nice job

Not that the whole high-fov-on-boxes-look hasn't been done to death already, but the little glowy frames add a little extra to this one, so it's not all for naught. Perhaps something more lively than army-fatigues colors would have helped.

good 2d and 3d concept.

only problem is the jaggies on the render. ( like i said on the forums, I may suck at art but i'll still point out other peoples probs

BUT,

the 2d totally makes up for it.

the complexity and intensity of it is almost overwhelming with coolness.

good colors ( as much as i love blue its great to see a diff colored piece )

overall EXCELLENT job.

this is a very strong piece that deserves recognition.
